Laboratory Technician (R&D)

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical/laboratory services organization, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the R&D Department supporting the Plant Chemist and PosiFlush testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inspector 3 Location: Columbus NE Pay Range: $21.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Support PosiFlush R&D stability studies, including sample preparation and placement in stability chambers
• Perform a variety of laboratory tests including pH, sodium chloride assay, UV/Vis, sterility, and particle analysis
• Assist with validations and studies from sample creation through to reporting results
• Investigate and report out-of-specification results in a timely manner
• Organize and maintain accurate raw data and laboratory records

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required (lab experience preferred)
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work in a laboratory environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting
• Comfortable working with laboratory instruments and test methods
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams
