Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually

Schedule: 5 days per week with rotating weekdays off

Department Hours: 9:00 AM 9:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process from start to finish.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to help customers find the right vehicle.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
• Exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
• Desire to achieve personal and financial goals.
• Build relationships and earn customers trust.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
