Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and within scope of practice
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate hospital locations as needed to meet facility demands
• Work a schedule that includes every Saturday , with a block schedule option available (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)
• Complete pre-start orientation modules prior to the assignment start date
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic electronic health records system

• Minimum 2 years of occupational therapy experience required
• Active Occupational Therapist license in both Oregon (OR) and Washington (WA) - pending licenses not accepted
• NBCOT certification required
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association traditional card; RQI not accepted)
• Epic electronic health records experience required
• No background or license hits - a comprehensive, lifetime background review will be conducted
• Local candidates are welcome; same rates apply

• Valid state license on file at time of submission preferred
• Experience floating across units or to affiliate facilities
• Familiarity with Relias learning management system (minimum passing score of 85% required on applicable exams)
