Urban Veterinary Associates (Westmont, IL) is looking for an experienced CVT who wants to be respected for their skills, supported by doctors, and given room to grow - without burning out.

This is an excellent role for a senior technician who enjoys mentoring others and wants a clear path into leadership, without being thrown into chaos.


What this role looks like day-to-day:

• Utilizing your CVT skills fully - anesthesia, monitoring, procedures, client education
• Supporting and mentoring fellow technicians (with doctor & management backup)
• Having your input genuinely valued in patient care decisions
• Working in a practice that prioritizes medicine, communication, and team culture

What this role is not :

• Not a "do everything, fix everything" role
• Not understaffed chaos
• Not management without support

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years as a CVT, valid License in Illinois
