What You’ll Be Doing As a valued SLP on our team, you will: Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia) Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that restore communication and swallowing abilities Support patients in regaining confidence through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care Teach communication strategies including speech exercises, voice improvement, and alternative communication methods Educate patients and families on safe swallowing techniques and communication strategies Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Complete a minimum of 15 visits per week , with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you ????
