What You'll Do

• Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers by identifying and supplying the correct Toyota parts.
• Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and special-order parts while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking, organizing, and merchandising parts.
• Work with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 year of dealership parts department experience required
• Knowledge of automotive parts, components, and electronic parts catalog systems.
• Provide professional, friendly service while communicating with customers, technicians, and coworkers.
• Manage multiple customer requests, parts orders, and phone calls.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $44,331.00 - $93,955.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Gross, Individual Gross, and Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
