Warehouse Associate - 3PL Shipping Location: Irving, TX Compensation: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (or until job completion) Role Summary As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) , you’ll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment—keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full‑time employment Key Responsibilities Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided) Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols Flexibility: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs Do you have what it takes to succeed at KAO?
