Job Description
Seeking an IT Project Coordinator with 0 3 years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, business analysis, PMO support, or a related area. The role will support project teams with scheduling, documentation, status tracking, meetings, reporting, and coordination across technical and business teams.

Required Skills
0 3 years of IT project coordination or related experience
Basic understanding of IT projects and project lifecycle
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize meetings, track action items, and follow up with team members
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work with business and technical teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/related experience

Related experience considered: Project Coordinator, IT Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, Junior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Implementation Coordinator, Technical Coordinator, Project Assistant, or similar experience.
