Catering Attendant - Toyota Center

The Premium Catering Attendant supports catered events in suites, clubs, and VIP hospitality areas by delivering exceptional guest service, serving food and beverages, maintaining event presentation standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, attentive service and respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain buffet lines, service stations, tables, dcor, and catering equipment.
• Monitor food presentation, replenish products, and ensure service areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Break down events, clean and store equipment, and return unused products and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, health department, and alcohol service regulations.
• Monitor food temperatures and proper handling procedures.
• Assist with transporting, stocking, and inventorying food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with supervisors, culinary teams, bartenders, runners, and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain premium hospitality standards by anticipating guest needs and delivering a personalized experience.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Food Safety and TABC certification required.
