Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a freestanding emergency department setting during night shift hours
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record
• Maintain a safe and efficient care environment consistent with emergency department standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Kansas or a compact state license
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a freestanding emergency department (FSED) setting
• TNCC or CEN certification
• Previous travel nursing experience
