Facility: Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Titusville, FL Shifts: All Shifts Available Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour (based on experience) + shift differentials Job Overview Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support to residents while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. Key Responsibilities Personalized Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance, while preserving dignity and comfort. Comfort & Safety Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to ensure a safe and supportive environment. Meaningful Engagement: Build trusting relationships with residents and their families to foster a welcoming, home‑like atmosphere. Clean & Organized Environment: Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and common areas in accordance with facility standards. Accurate Documentation: Record and communicate changes in condition, care provided, and resident needs clearly and promptly. Team Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality, individualized care. Quality of Life Support: Encourage and assist residents with activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
