Impactful Case Manager, Homelessness Prevention

CAMBA

CAMBA is seeking a full-time Case Manager for its Homelessness Prevention Initiative. This position involves aiding at-risk individuals and families, conducting assessments, and connecting clients with vital community resources. The role emphasizes extensive client interaction and case management capabilities. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, have strong writing and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
