Maintenance Supervisor

Gray Residential is seeking to add a Maintenance Supervisor at River Club! Located in Evansville, Indiana , River Club is a 444-unit apartment community , offering updated apartments and an abundance of amenities. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated leader to oversee the maintenance operations and support the team in delivering outstanding service to our residents. Key Responsibilities of a Successful Maintenance Supervisor: Actively working as a hands‑on supervisor, performing tasks such as groundskeeping, inspections, unit punch, and service requests. Demonstrating a high level of technical knowledge, with the ability and enthusiasm to train and mentor maintenance technicians. Communicating regularly with the office team regarding new leases and upcoming needs. Adhering to and managing preventative maintenance schedules and tasks. Assessing repair scenarios and making fixes when possible, before considering replacements. Maintaining professionalism when interacting with vendors, residents, and team members. Keeping a well‑stocked and organized maintenance shop. Placing orders and using system for purchase orders. Participating in on‑call rotations and responding to snow and ice removal needs.
