At least 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting. Teamwork mentality. Ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department. Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled registered nurse to join our emergency department team. The emergency department is a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and strong clinical skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in a high-volume emergency department. Patient ratios typically average 4:1 but can increase during behavioral holds. Techs are available to assist with monitoring and processing. Documentation is managed through a specified electronic health record system. We value patient experience and require adherence to respectful behavior and effective communication. Certification in advanced life support and other related fields is a prerequisite. Candidates with prior experience in a level 2 trauma center or comprehensive stroke center are preferred.
