They are responsible for providing a safe environment for our guests and ensuring all serviceneeds are met. Duties and Responsibilities To greet and create an environment where the guests will be welcomed in an appropriate manner Providesthehighestlevelofcustomerandguestservices,expeditesanyandallrequestsfrom clients,guestsand members. To answer all the telephone calls and convey the messages correctly and promptly to the appropriate persons Maintain a professional relationship with all agencies, contractors, vendors, and customers Education and Experience Must have a positive attitude Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills Strong ability to develop partnerships with internal clients/others Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Mustbeabletoindependently lift,carry, push,andpulluptothirty(30)pounds Mustbeable toswimorbewilling towearapersonal flotationdeviceininstancesof emergency Mustbeabletoperformsimplegrasping,finemanipulation,andrepetitivehand&armmovementsfrequently,and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
