Overview A law firm seeks a Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities Assist partners in providing regulatory guidance on healthcare and privacy issues. Draft and compile state filings for healthcare regulatory matters. Advise clients on compliance obligations for regulated entities. Support in maintaining state and federal authorities for clients. Qualifications Juris Doctor and membership to the State Bar in the desired office. Three to five years of legal experience in healthcare regulatory matters. Experience reviewing and analyzing state statutes and regulations. General knowledge of HIPAA and FDA is helpful. Ability to produce thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented work product. Excellent communication and interactive skills. Planning and organization skills, including the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Good writing skills.
