Dept Manager Sporting Goods

Buchheit Inc. is seeking a full-time Department Manager to lead our Sporting Goods department. In this on-site retail role, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service in a farm and home store environment. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling team members, setting and maintaining merchandise displays, monitoring inventory levels, and upholding store standards for cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention. You will resolve customer issues, support hiring and training, and help execute promotions and seasonal sets, all while reinforcing Buchheit’s family-oriented, small-town culture of respect, teamwork, and community involvement.
