Retail Sales Representative

Overview TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer – Retail Sales Representative. This role requires work in both the Oxford, PA and Kennett Square, PA locations. We offer an uncapped commission structure, generous monthly bonuses, and an annual profit‑sharing bonus. Salary Average salary: $55,000-65,000 per year. Salary includes competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses and profit sharing. Hourly guaranteed pay and same‑day pay options. Responsibilities Open and close the store, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers. Consult with customers in‑store or over the phone, identifying their needs and delivering appropriate wireless solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer care. Telecommunications or wireless sales experience; experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation; may require working in multiple locations. Ability to stand, walk, bend and sit for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds. Approximately 10% travel required.
