Procurement Analyst

Senior Procurement Analyst
Function as a Senior Procurement Analyst in support to the Senior Contracting Official's Office.
Perform oversight activities to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of Regional and District Contracting Office programs and operations.
Function as chief investigator of major compliance acquisition related problems, brought to the attention of USACE impacting the operational capability of the organization and/or support to other command elements.
Interpret higher-level contracting policy and directives and provide guidance and assistance to USACE/SCO/District contracting personnel in implementing policy.
Function as a member of USACE review and assessment teams.
