We are looking for a motivated and dependable  Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position will work directly with customers and dealers, helping with product questions, quotes, orders, and general customer support.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, good with people, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in irrigation, agriculture, industrial products, or inside sales is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer and dealer calls and emails
• Provide product information and help customers find the right products
• Prepare quotes and enter customer orders
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests
• Assist outside sales representatives and our dealer network
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Research product availability, pricing, and lead times
• Resolve customer issues and help find solutions
• Maintain accurate customer and order information
• Assist with general office and sales duties as needed
• Work with vendors and suppliers as needed to obtain product information and availability

Computer & Administrative Skills

• Use  Sage 100for daily customer, order, invoicing, and accounting-related tasks
• Use  Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, pricing, and other daily sales activities
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information
• Learn and utilize company software and computer systems to improve efficiency and complete daily tasks
• Must be comfortable working with computers and willing to learn new software and processes

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills are required
• Experience with  Microsoft Excel and  Sage 100is preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous customer service, sales, or agricultural/irrigation experience is a plus
• Must be dependable and willing to learn our products and industry
