Payroll Manager (EMEA) UK | Remote
Seeking a Payroll Manager with 5+ years' experience managing end-to-end payroll across UK, Germany & France , ensuring accurate, timely and compliant monthly payroll.
Key Skills:
- UK, Germany & France payroll processing and legislation
- PAYE, NIC, pensions, French/German tax & social security
- Payroll inputs/outputs, gross-to-net validation, reconciliations, audits & funding
- Multi-country payroll vendors/platforms; Workday/CloudPay preferred
- 500+ employee payroll experience preferred
- HRIS integrations, GDPR/data privacy and statutory reporting
- Year-end, tax filings, audits and compliance
- Strong Excel/data analysis, process improvement & automation
- Vendor and stakeholder management across HR, Finance, Accounting & Legal
- Strong communication, accuracy and ability to manage tight deadlines
Contract: Up to 6 months | Location: UK | Remote
