Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday | 45 Hours/Week

Traveler Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate
Local: $28 – $30/hr (Based on Experience)
Traveler: $1,000 – $1,200/week

Position Overview
We are seeking an HR Associate/Generalist to support HR operations, job description migration, data validation, skills mapping, and Oracle HR system activities.

Required Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Human Resources.

• Experience in HR Shared Services or HR operations.

• Experience working with HR systems and HR data.

• Experience with job descriptions, skills mapping, and job classifications.

• Strong understanding of Oracle HR systems preferred.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and data validation skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Strong business acumen and ability to make informed HR decisions.

• Comfortable working with structured data and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Support job description migration into Oracle.

• Perform HR data cleanup and review job-related information for accuracy.

• Enter structured job data into appropriate Oracle fields.

• Perform skills mapping and validate system-generated skills.

• Determine whether skills appropriately match specific job profiles and classifications.

• Review and validate job-related data for accuracy and completeness.

• Make informed decisions regarding skills, classifications, and job profiles.

• Maintain data quality and consistency throughout the migration process.

• Apply HR knowledge and business judgment rather than performing simple data entry.

• Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders as needed.

• Follow applicable client policies, procedures, and MSA requirements.
