Job Description & Skill Requirement:

We need a Mechanical Engineer to design, model, and analyze mechanical systems from concept to production. You will use CATIA for 3D modeling and ANSYS for structural and thermal simulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• CAD Modeling: Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CATIA.
• Structural Analysis: Run linear and non-linear static /dynamic stress tests in ANSYS to verify strength and durability.
• Thermal Analysis: Evaluate steady-state and transient heat transfer, temperature gradients, and thermal stresses using ANSYS.
• Design Optimization: Improve weight, reliability, and manufacturability based on simulation results.
• Collaboration: Work with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to meet project requirements.

Requirements Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• CAD Skills: Strong proficiency in CATIA for complex surface and solid modeling. FEA
• Skills: Hands-on experience with ANSYS for structural and thermal validation.
• Core Competencies: Solid understanding of heat transfer, material science, and mechanical stress analysis.
• Communication: Ability to write clear technical reports and documentation.
