The ability to manage several application requests in a timely manner; specifically: Oracle ERP Suite including Oracle Time Expense, TCT (Sharepoint type tool), Banking Portal (understanding fundamental accounting tasks). Flexible work shift (hours may not be standard 8-5 could be 9-6 or 10-7). Bachelors Degree with 1-3 years of business related experience. This role will be part of the Services Management Team working with IT, specifically Corporate Applications. Candidates with a Help Desk background (not on the technical side) on the functional applications side may be a good fit. This role will be providing access and assisting to resolve errors/problems on the team. We are not looking for a DBA or Systems Analyst as this will be a functional support role within Oracle, TCT and the banking portal. Previous Oracle (time and expense), Sharepoint/TCT, and/or banking portal experience is highly preferred if not required.
