Clinical Pharmacist Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Clinical Pharmacist Lead to support safe and effective medication use within the organization. Key Responsibilities Include Verifying medication orders and collaborating with nursing staff Managing inventory, medication preparation, and Pyxis refills Supporting medication delivery, patient counseling, and prior authorizations Participating in REMS programs and departmental committees Contributing to workflow optimization, policy development, and patient safety initiatives Supervising pharmacy personnel and ensuring compliance with regulations Evaluating medication appropriateness based on patient condition and organ function Leading policy review and implementation, and providing educational programs Identifying improvements in medication use processes Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate and Pharmacy Residency preferred 2-5 years of experience; 5-10 years preferred Licensure in Medication Therapy Services in MO and RPh certification Supervisory experience and strong clinical knowledge This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team focused on quality patient care, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and participating in varied clinical settings. #J-18808-Ljbffr
