Qualifications

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure
• Food Handlers' certification
• First Aid certification
• Provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensures residents' care needs are met.
• Records care provided in the Matrix Electronic Medical Record System and follows medication administration procedures.
• Responds to medical emergencies, providing basic first aid and following protocol.
• Assists with meal service, monitors food intake, and helps residents during mealtimes.
• Transports residents with appropriate assistance and encourages participation in social activities.
• Reports changes in resident condition to the Assisted Living Director and maintain confidentiality.
• Assists with training new staff, supports resident care plans, and ensures proper safety and infection control measures are followed.
