Part time | Campbell Property Management | United States Posted On 08/31/2026 Job Information $15 City Royal Palm Beach State/Province Florida 33411 Job Description The Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents and guests while maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall operation of the HOA clubhouse and amenity areas. This position serves as a friendly and professional point of contact for residents and assists with clubhouse activities, reservations, events, and daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor clubhouse and amenity areas to ensure residents and guests follow community rules and regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable clubhouse, including common areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and recreational areas. Set up and break down rooms for meetings, social events, activities, and community functions. Monitor the use of fitness rooms, game rooms, pools, courts, and other amenities as assigned. Check equipment and facilities regularly and report maintenance, safety, or repair issues to management. Assist with community events, including preparation, setup, cleanup, and resident assistance. Enforce clubhouse hours and access procedures in accordance with community policies. Report violations, incidents, damages, or unusual activity to the Property Manager. Ensure all clubhouse areas are secured and properly closed at the end of the assigned shift. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
