Technical Assistant

Responsibilities Support project teams by organizing, documenting, and producing high-quality deliverables Enter data into various programs by cross-referencing materials for project design analysis Complete deliverable production by following standards and best practices under supervision Assemble documentation packages using data from various programs Understand and carry out processes required for diverse deliverables Work with leadership teams to identify ways to reduce waste in design processes Ensure work adheres to established standards and timelines Requirements High school diploma or associate degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical college Preferred 1-2 years of experience Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Ability to accurately enter data into various programs and cross-reference materials Ability to follow standards and best practices with supervision Ability to use data from various programs to compile documentation packages Ability to understand and carry out several processes for diverse deliverables Travel required, generally not exceeding 5% of time Reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals with disabilities Core Competencies Demonstrates the ability to organize, document, and produce high-quality deliverables while adhering to established standards and timelines.
