The Opportunity

• Must be a 3 rd year of a 3-year program or a 4 th year of a 4-year program to be eligible.
• Current IA state license is a plus.
• Up to $150k sign on bonus available for full-time after residency.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
