Tax Manager

A mid-sized CPA and Business Consulting Firm with office locations in Midtown Manhattan and Long Island. The Firm provides services in a diverse array of industries such as Real Estate, Retail, Professional Services, Entertainment, Sports as well as many others.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
" Preparing/reviewing Individual, Corporation, Partnership, Trust & Estate returns
" Preparing, reviewing & maintaining workpapers with proper documentation
" Completing tax closings
" Preparing tax projections
Qualifications:
" Must have a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting (120 credits required, 150 credits preferred) at the time of applying
" Must have a minimum of four years of recent and relevant public accounting experience in Tax in the U.S. at the time of applying
" Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are ideal
" Should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Applications and tax software (i.e. CCH, ProSystems, Engagement, etc.)
