Key attributes include professionalism, patience, excellent phone etiquette, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, be detail-oriented, and have multitasking abilities. The candidate must maintain a positive and professional demeanor, meeting estimated goals even during busy periods.
