Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner in the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a permanent position with salary and benefits.We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established non-profit organization providing healthcare services to the geriatric population throughout the Bay Area. The ideal candidate has experience working with older adult patients and is fluent in either Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese.Position Summary:The Nurse Practitioner will support the delivery of comprehensive care by conducting health assessments, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating care for patients across outpatient and community-based settings. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered services.Schedule:Monday through Friday, 40 hours per weekNo nights, weekends, or call requiredKey Responsibilities:Perform physical exams and health assessments for geriatric patientsCollaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient treatment plansManage minor illnesses and stable chronic conditions within NP scope of practiceEvaluate acute symptoms and coordinate appropriate referralsConduct home and nursing home visits as neededProvide clinical support and guidance to registered nursesParticipate in health education, prevention, and wellness programsAttend regular team meetings and complete all required documentationQualifications:Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse license in CaliforniaMinimum of one (1) year of experience as an RNAt least one (1) year of experience working with the elderly populationSupervisory or leadership experience is a plusLanguage skills required: Fluency in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or VietnameseAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team-based care environmentCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceComprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision)401(k) retirement planLife and AD&D insurancePaid holidays, vacation, and sick leaveEmployee assistance program (EAP)Supportive and collaborative work environmentAbout Vivo HealthStaff:Vivo HealthStaff is a healthcare staffing and consulting firm specializing in clinical staffing, program development, and workforce solutions for healthcare organizations across the United States.
