Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist patients in their recovery and rehabilitation process. Key Responsibilities Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Document patient progress and treatments accurately in electronic medical records. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment. Schedule / Shift To be determined based on facility needs. Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program. State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice. Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience Previous experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant is beneficial. Skills Proficient in administering various therapeutic exercises and modalities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interpret and follow treatment plans. Excellent documentation skills.
