We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive regional demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact through integrated field and account-based marketing programs. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep collaboration with sales, strong program ownership, and a proven ability to translate corporate marketing strategy into high-impact regional execution. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in high-tech field marketing , preferably within enterprise B2B or SaaS organizations, and has a strong track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue results. Key Responsibilities Own and execute regional field marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and sales priorities Design and deliver integrated field programs including events, roadshows, executive engagements, webinars, and ABM initiatives Partner closely with sales leadership to support territory plans, pipeline creation and acceleration, and account expansion Manage end-to-end program execution: planning, budgeting, logistics, promotion, execution, and post-event follow up and measurement Drive demand generation and pipeline contribution through targeted campaigns and personalized experiences Collaborate with digital, content, product marketing, and partner marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution Analyze program performance and pipeline impact; provide regular reporting and insights to marketing and sales leadership Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across all initiatives Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners to scale execution and impact Continuously optimize programs based on performance data, market feedback, and evolving business priorities Support NiCE's annual user conference by being the conduit to the field regarding discounted + free passes. Communicate, inform and educate the field and Senior Sales leadership on the user conference including the conference structure and sessions. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in field marketing within a high-tech, B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environment Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue through field and account-based marketing programs Strong alignment and partnership experience with enterprise sales teams and sales leadership Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel field programs across regions or territories Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report, and optimize marketing impact Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise and / or strategic accounts Familiarity with ABM platforms and intent data tools Prior experience working with channel, GSI’s or alliance partners Global or multi-region field marketing experience What Success Looks Like Consistent, measurable contribution to sales pipeline and revenue Strong alignment and trust with sales leadership and reps High-quality field programs that elevate brand presence and customer engagement Clear reporting and insights that inform marketing and sales strategy About NiCE NICELtd.
