Senior Business Systems Analyst

Sr. BSA

Responsibilities:

• Perform business analysis tasks including but not limited to interviewing key business customers to gather architecture and functional requirements and other design documentation; document and follow-up in demand system
• Ongoing ownership of demand and follow-through to completion for all ADT-related tasks
• Manage multiple work streams and activities at the same time
• Follow all IT and business standards
• Serve as an interface to Architecture Design Team and assist in technical support
• Manage project management processes related to architectural gates, including Enterprise Architecture Alignment and Technical Advisory Board meetings and approval documentation.
• Provide application ownership for DTNA application portfolio and lifecycle management tool – provide support through email communications, scheduling change requests, working with other IT teams to complete tasks, reporting to other IT groups

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years’ experience in Information Technology as a Business Analyst or Project Manager. Familiarity with hosting application architectural design patterns (multi-stack applications, database, web frameworks, APIs, Firewall, Server infrastructure)
• Familiar with SQL database querying, reporting
• Familiar with PowerBI
• Excellent communications
• Strong BSA/App Owner Skills, Project Management experience is a plus
• Experience with web technologies and frameworks (example: ASP)
