Job Details

• Location: Tewksbury, MA 01876

• Pay: $25-$30/hr.

• Shift/Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred

• Experience with international/export shipping required

• Knowledge of export documentation (invoices, packing lists, BOLs, etc.)

• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers (FedEx experience required)

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, shipping systems)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• Forklift certification

• Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade compliance

• Experience working with hazardous materials shipping regulations preferred

Job Description

• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments

• Create and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading

• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and customs requirements

• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers

• Schedule pickups and track shipments for on-time delivery

• Verify shipment accuracy against orders and packing instructions

• Package products securely to prevent damage

• Maintain shipping records and documentation

• Use shipping software and ERP systems to process orders

• Monitor inventory of shipping and packaging supplies

• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, and customs issues

• Assist with general warehouse, receiving, and inventory tasks

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
