Within Labor & Delivery, the Assistant Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery will help lead high-acuity obstetric care in a fast-moving patient environment supported by 24-hour women's services. Working closely with obstetric physicians, nursing leaders, and frontline RNs, this leader will have visible operational ownership and the autonomy to address barriers in real time.
