Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Washington State SLP license and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification required
• Accepting candidates with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
• Previous experience in school settings highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct speech and language assessments, analyze results, and document findings
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success in and out of the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and help facilitate student progress toward communication and academic goals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance with state and federal guidelines
