Machine Operator – Stanley Black & Decker

Dallas, TX – North Dallas / Farmers Branch Area

1st Shift: Mon–Thur, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM | $16.85/hr
2nd Shift: Mon–Thur, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM | $17.85/hr
3rd Shift: Sun 5:30 PM–5:30 AM; Mon–Thur 10:30 PM–5:30 AM | $21.14/hr

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring Machine Operators  to operate CNC equipment, inspect precision parts, and maintain safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery
• Load/unload materials and monitor equipment
• Read work instructions and blueprints
• Perform quality and safety checks
• Use measuring tools to inspect parts
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support production goals and other manufacturing tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read work instructions and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Physical: Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 33 lbs.
