Job Description Job Title: Press Brake Set Up Operator Location: Dresser, WI Compensation: $20.00-$23.00 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: All Shifts Job Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Press Brake Set Up Operators for a leading manufacturing company located in Dresser, WI. What You'll Do Press Brake Set Up Operator : Set up and adjust brake machines and tooling for production operations Install, align, and change tooling to meet job specifications Operate press brake machines to bend and form metal per customer requirements Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards Monitor production processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production and setup Train and support operators on machine setup, inspection, and processes Maintain documentation, report issues, and ensure clean and organized work areas What You Need to Bring to the Press Break Set Up Operator Role: High school diploma Experience in machine setup or manufacturing operations preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges Ability to operate machines, tools, and equipment with minimal supervision Ability to use computers and complete production documentation accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Ability to troubleshoot issues, make adjustments, and work as part of a team Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
