Caregiver Lead

Caregiver LeadWe are seeking a Caregiver Lead to join our team who is able to remain professional in ALL scenarios. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include on-call schedule, starting cases, changes/updates to plan of care to the Care Manager, introducing permanent caregivers to clients/family members, family/client complaints or concerns, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, completes home safety assessment and conducts quality assurance visits. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable and reliable.Responsibilities:Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressingAssist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercisesPrepare meals and snacksLight housekeeping activitiesMedication remindersProvide companionshipAssist with errands and shoppingOn-call scheduleStarting new clientsTraining/Onboarding caregiversQuality assurance visits for both caregivers and clientsReport all change in conditions to Care ManagerAble to problem solve in various situationsQualifications:Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferredFirst aid and CPR certified preferredAbility to lead and educate othersKnowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skillsAbility to adhere to all health and safety guidelinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift heavy objectsCompassionate, respectful, ethicalCompensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hourProfessional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
