We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools, the ability to read and understand basic diagrams or assembly instructions, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, and prepare products according to specifications and diagrams.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret basic diagrams, blueprints, or assembly instructions.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand basic diagrams, schematics, or assembly instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred

• Experience in assembly, construction, fabrication, or mechanical work.
• Forklift experience (if applicable).
