2nd shift Mixing Operator

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment, supporting the plant's operations and ensuring safety and efficiency. Job Title: 2nd shift Mixing Operator 

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5pm - 130am, plus overtime as needed

What's the Job?

• Mixing powder-type materials and products 
• Adding ingredients and following detailed ingredient lists accurately
• Handling large bags of powder mix, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
• Climbing ladders to access different levels within the plant
• Maintaining safety standards by wearing steel toe shoes and safety glasses at all times

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or related environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials
• Willingness to work extended hours and mandatory overtime
• Ability to climb ladders and work in a dirty, physically demanding setting
