Position Overview
This position assists in logistics operations by supporting dispatch coordination and routing activities across nationwide freight networks. The role focuses on maintaining organization within shipment scheduling, tracking, and communication processes.
Work may be performed remotely or through a hybrid arrangement connected to Oregon-based operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with freight dispatch coordination
Support routing and scheduling activities
Track shipment progress and update records
Communicate operational updates and adjustments
Maintain workflow organization across freight activity
Qualifications

Organizational and task management ability
Basic system navigation skills
Attention to detail
Experience may be beneficial but is not required
Work Environment
The role operates in a structured logistics environment that emphasizes coordination and operational tracking. Remote or hybrid work is supported depending on geographic proximity to Oregon operations.
