We're looking for upbeat, motivated team members who love customer service and sales to join our front desk team at:

Drybar Highland

Compensation: $14/hr base pay Commission on products, hot tools, and memberships Opportunity to increase earnings with commission included

What You'll Do: Welcome guests and create an amazing first impression Book appointments and assist with check-in/check-out Recommend memberships, add-ons, products, and hot tools Help drive sales while creating a fun, seamless guest experience Support the team in achieving salon goals

What We're Looking For: Friendly, outgoing personality Strong customer service & communication skills Confidence with sales and recommending services/products Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Retail, salon, or sales experience preferred

Shift Openings:

Monday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday Opening shift: 7:45AM2PM

WednesdaySaturday Closing shift: 1:50PM7PM

Sunday 9AM4PM
