Drivers will be hauling refrigerated freight in 53 ft multi-zone temperature trailers throughout the United States. Compensation Average annual pay: $85,000 to $95,000Top drivers earn $100,000+
Starting 61½ CPM (Includes 9½ CPM Per Diem Pay) Average of 2,700 miles weekly Paid practical miles using PC Miler, paid for all milesAdditional Pay:
Layover pay: $150
Stop pay: $30 for each stop Detention pay: $30 per hour after first hour Seniority pay increaseBonuses:
Quarterly Safety Bonus: $150 each quarter
End of Year Safety Bonus Quarterly Fuel Bonus: 1-7 CPM Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $125 for any inspection level Referral bonus: $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 daysPaid via direct deposit bi-weekly

Schedule: Varies, will work with driver
Route: OTR 48 states, primarily east of the Mississippi River Level of Touch: 100% No Touch Freight Equipment Late model Freightliner & Kenworth trucks Automatic transmission Amenities: XM radio, fridge, mattress Governed speed: 68 mph Dual facing camera for safety purposesAutomatically activated when on drive line
Qualifications
Must be at least 24 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Must have a steady work history averaging 1 year or more at jobs in the last 3 years No prior positive drug/alcohol test results or refusal to test results No DUI/DWIs within last 10 years No major accidents or violations within last 3 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Jefferson, WI or be willing to relocate for this positionAt Peters, we treat you with respect and do all we can to make your job easier, we have the lowest turnover rate in the industry at 10% so our drivers come to stay.
