We are looking for a reliable Loader Operator to join our overnight manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate a front-end loader, move raw materials, keep production running smoothly, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment. This is a hands-on position that combines equipment operation, material handling, and general labor.

Schedule: 6:30 PM 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a front-end loader to move raw materials throughout the plant.
• Load, transport, and stockpile materials in designated areas.
• Monitor material levels and keep production equipment supplied.
• Clean up material spills around hoppers and work areas.
• Perform plant housekeeping duties, including sweeping, shoveling, and organizing workspaces.
• Assist with general labor and material handling tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company policies.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to support plant operations.
• Work outdoors and in varying weather and environmental conditions.
• Maintain dependable attendance and support production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, shoveling, and sweeping.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Comfortable working around dust, noise, and industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to help with cleanup and housekeeping tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wharton, NJ. The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
