Compensation (Read This Carefully)

This is a performance-driven role.

Base salary exists, but its not why top performers are here

Average agents earn $60K$70K

Strong agents earn $85K$100K+

Top closers go beyond that

If youre confident in your ability to produce, this is an opportunity to control your income.

If youre not the base wont feel comfortable.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound sales conversations
• Building trust quickly and leading clients to the right decision
• Closing consistently, even when its uncomfortable
• Asking for referrals and creating more opportunity
• Taking ownership of your results, every single day
• Youll spend 80%+ of your time on the phone.

Requirements

What It Takes to Be Considered

Non-negotiables:

Active P&C or Personal Lines License

Minimum 1 year of P&C insurance sales experience

If you dont meet these, we wont move forward.

• Owning your results hitting and exceeding production goals consistently
• Running high-volume sales conversations inbound and outbound, every day
• Closing business guiding prospects to decisions, even when it gets uncomfortable
• Building trust fast positioning yourself as the expert, not just another agent
• Creating opportunity asking for referrals and generating additional business
• Staying sharp continuously improving product knowledge and sales skill
