Quality Control Analyst II Location: High Point, NC Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 5 pm, Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Pay: $65,000 to $75,000 Bonus: Bi-Weekly Productivity & Performance Bonus Mickey Truck Bodies is a premier manufacturer of state‑of‑the‑art truck bodies, trailers, and specially engineered vehicles serving customers in more than 50 countries worldwide. We are looking for a detail‑oriented Quality Control Analyst II to join our Quality Control team at our High Point, NC headquarters. Responsibilities Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, charts, and performance tracking documents. Analyze and interpret quality data using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards or similar reporting tools. Prepare quality inspection packets and supporting documentation. Coordinate with vendors regarding units requiring dealership attention. Assist the Quality team in meeting production deadlines and quality objectives. Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, email correspondence, printing, and reporting. Maintain confidentiality while interacting with internal teams, vendors, and customers. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables Formulas Dashboard development Data visualization Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/dashboard software. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Associate degree with relevant experience will be considered). 3–5 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience. Lean Manufacturing experience (Six Sigma certification or training is a plus). Project management experience. Self‑starter with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel. Frequent walking throughout the manufacturing facility. Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs occasionally. Ability to communicate clearly in person and by telephone. Comfortable working around metal manufacturing operations and equipment. Specific vision ability required includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work around machinery of all types. Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment.
