Position Overview

As a Busser at Party Fowl, you're essential to creating an exceptional dining experience. You help keep our dining room spotless, organized, and flowing smoothly so our guests can relax and enjoy every bite. You'll work alongside servers, food runners, and kitchen staff to ensure that every guest feels taken care of and every table is guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Quickly clear and clean tables to prepare for the next guest.

• Reset tables with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware.

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude when needed.

• Alert servers when tables require immediate attention.

• Carry dish tubs to the dishwasher and assist with dish area when needed.

• Ensure dining materials such as flatware, glasses, straws, and napkins are stocked and accessible.

• Keep floors and dining areas clean and organized during peak service times.

• Work as a team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

• Stay focused and responsive during busy shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.

• Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to lift 20+ pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Reliable, respectful, and ready to jump in where needed.
